Great location for my needs - close to bus station & department store with plenty of food options. Cleanliness was good and the hotel facilities were satisfactory. Traveling around the city was no problem with various transportation options available.

The resort itself was nice and close to SeasonCon, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our overall experience was pleasant and we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near a market and a shopping center. It was also easy to get around Bangkok from there. The room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff was not friendly and welcoming. They failed to communicate information effectively and were not helpful in resolving issues.
